My name is Heather Bozzelli, and I graduated in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama.  In 2017, I began working as an Instructional Aide at Cherokee Bend Elementary in Mountain Brook as I continue attaining my Masters degree in Elementary Education.  During this time, I have had various duties that pertain to students' learning.  This experience has been eye opening to me because it allows me to see the difference in each student’s ability to learn, grow and achieve.  It has increased my passion for teaching because I am able to work with individual students and understand the different learning techniques needed to help him or her achieve his or her goals.  With that being said, I value the importance of forming professional relationships with students to help them grow not only in their education, but also in their personal development.
